I like to juice in the morning but I dont want juice with fake sweetners or corn syrup. Why do they put corn syrup in juice anyways? I like all flavors of juice except for apple and grapefruit.
how much could i loose by january 3rd if everyday i, run 3 miles. do 50-100 crunches. and i only drink water. and everyday i eat 1 gronola bar(90calories), 100 calorie oreos, 100 calorie yogert, a tangerine and an apple? and sometimes have grilled chicken?
