I top 3 fruits have got to be apples, bananas, and pears, and they are all in season right now! I have drank some orange juice and grapefruit juice too. My question is, nutritionally, what’s the best fruit for gaining lean muscle mass?
Bananas are supposed to be natural anti-acids, but they have the opposite effect on me. This is the only food that gives me instant heartburn after eating it.
