Grapefruit Question?

I’m a lover of grapefruit. I hated it as a child, I think because I had a grandmother who would push it on me constantly.

Anyhow, I love it now……I particularly love the red grapefruit.

Something that makes me curious, though, is ….. okay, sometimes you buy grapefruit labelled “red” and when you slice it open, the flesh is actually very pale pink or even lighter. The first time I had this happen, I thought they were mislabelled, but I have since had it happen many times and I’m guessing there’s a reason for this and I’m the one who’s wrong in my thinking??

I’m just curious~!

How do I grow Peonies from seed?

I have a beautiful Peonie bush that I would love to be able to gather seed from and grow another. I am just not sure how to do it. Do the seeds need to dry? Are the pods left after the flowers die actually seeds? I know it may be easier to divide the plant but I am reluctant to do so because I don’t want to lose this plant. The flowers are the size of a super-sized grapefruit and the color of RED VELVET! Thanks for any help!

What are some good uses for grapefruits? My trees are brimming & I can’t eat them all?

Hi, I’d like to get lots of ideas about what to do with extra (free) citrus fruit - especially grapefruit. Some neighbors pick them which I encourage, but there are still so many left on my trees that they end up just falling & smashing & going to waste.

I’m up for anything - homeopathic uses, ways to donate,etc.

How difficult is Rachmaninoff Prelude in C# Minor to play on a piano?

How difficult is Rachmaninoff Prelude in C# Minor to play on a piano? Like maybe give me a difficulty level on a 1 to 10 scale. I have been playing the piano for about a year now and I am finally at the point where I can begin to play this tune. How do i get rid of a wasps’ nest?

I have a wasps’ nest in my garden. It is the size of a large grapefruit. Is it safe to destroy it myself (i.e. smash it up) and then keep my windows closed for a while until they disperse or should I get a professional to move it?
